Having completed a B.Econ degree from USB which included accounting and Business administration in 2085, I managed a Property Fund Trust for 33 years. Responsibilities include not only managing properties, but also the Development, Maintenance, Buying, Selling, and Leasing of Commercial/Industrial properties and vacant Land for development. My passion for the property game drove me to qualify as an Estate Agent and I later became the principal of my own Estate Agency Commercial Property Network. I could now apply all my knowledge and skills to the benefit of my clients. Over the years it just so happened that I got “married” to many of my landlords and tenants, and after selling or letting I remain the port of call for tenant and landlord in the event of issues arising. I often render complementary services which include evaluations for years after the sale or Lease. I also tend to do repetitive business with the same clients. Honesty and Integrity are my second name.
We specialise in the sale and rental of commercial properties in the Helderberg (Strand, Somerset West, Gordons Bay), Firgrove, and surrounds. Other areas include Techno Park, Stellenbosch, and Blackheath on occasion. I am a one-man business, and with the launch of this website, my intention is also to attract more agents with experience, and with the same vision and passion involved to use the marketing features of the website.
